BATTERY LOFT RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! Returns are accepted refund if the item ordered does not meet your expectations. To return your item you must obtain a Return Tracking Number (RTN) by contacting customer service at support@batteryloft.com or by completing our Products Return form within 15 days from the day the item was received.

Once a RTN is issued, it is approved for 10 business days and Battery Loft must receive the merchandise within that time period.
The following information must be provided in an email to support:

  • Invoice number
  • Product description
  • Reason for return


NOTE: The returned item must be in the same condition as received (not opened, or modified from its original condition).  Any returned item that has been opened or modified from its original condition will be rejected.

Shipping of returned items will be paid by the customer but any replacement shipping costs will be paid by Battery Loft. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns for refund (RTN Refund), unless waived by Batteryloft.com.


BATTERY LOFT ORDER DISCREPANCIES

When you receive your order please ensure that everything you ordered is within the package. Battery Loft wants your shopping experience to be as hassle free as possible. If there is a discrepancy please email support@batteryloft.com and we will remedy the situation. If items are missing, damaged during delivery, defective or the wrong product we must be notified in 5 business days from the date of delivery.
